thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! To backtrack just a minute... what is it that you're looking for in a hotel for this trip? Have you been to Vegas before? Is this a trip with a bunch of friends, a spouse/bf/gf, or traveling solo? Are you there to gamble, see shows, or see the sights and different themed hotels? If you give us a little more of a background for the purpose of this trip, we will be able to suggest what appear to be your best options. Also, please let us know your maximum budget (per nite before taxes/fees). Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Hops687
Thanks for the prompt reply. Only my wife and I will be traveling. We have been to Vegas before, but only for a short stay so you could consider us novices. We will mainly be going to shows and wonder through shops and different hotels with a little gambling mixed in. My wife is also planning a spa day. I was going to book a room at the Venetian for $215/night (before taxes and fees) before doing some research so I would list that as my maximum price/night. Thanks for you assistance. I will definitely click through your site to book. Link to comment
thereuare
I think these are your best options: 5* North Strip - Fashion Show Mall on HOTWIRE for $149.00 Free Parking Resort Suite Casino Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Spa Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> matches previous reports for The Encore and this would be my best guess for this one (although the Wynn can't be ruled out... but they are very similar 'sister' properties, both very nice) Confirm your dates on the landing page of the following link: 5* Las Vegas Strip South for $136 Restaurant Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities ==> Cosmopolitan All are 5 star hotels. The Encore (and Wynn) are more upscale properties, imo, with more of a focus on the 'finer details'... the marble being polished, the flowers being watered, trimmed, and smelling great, etc. The Cosmopolitan is a bit 'fun' oriented, still a 5* hotel in its own right, but a more modern and 'hip' vibe to it, and is a bit more center-strip located. I don't think you can go too wrong with either, but both have their own distinct personality, so i think you choose the one that better fits your own. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Hops687
Clicked through this site to HOTWIRE and went for the "North Strip - Fashion Show Mall on HOTWIRE for $149.00". Which turned out to be, as you guessed, Encore! This is great as my wife was planning to use the Wynn/Encore spa regardless of where we stayed. Thanks for your assistance and for the service you provide here. Link to comment
