Any help identifying the two hotels I have narrowed from the following room I would like to book on 12/17 will be greatly appreciated:

I should have added that my reservation will be for 2 adults, 2 children which can effect the price.

 

I have stayed at the Hyatt before using Hotwire, but I really need to be closer to Back Bay, but a little closer than the Commonwealth. I as drawn the 4.5*, because the double beds are Queens

Where exactly is it that you need to be near?  What is your maximum budget? (per nite before fees/taxes)
