When searching on PRICELINE EXPRESS for 11/24-12/2 (Please confirm that the correct dates of travel are showing on the landing page after clicking the links below.)

Before going further, I was wondering if you had to be in the Gold Coast zone. The River North zone is basically right next door and still awfully convenient (in some regards, more convenient depending on the location.)

I'm seeing this listing in the River North zone, which would be cheaper than the Gold Coast listings you mention and a really nice possible result:

4.5* Downtown - River North for $150
Pets Allowed
Restaurant
Indoor or Outdoor Pool
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

>>>This would be a possible match for the Palomar.

Personally, I'd much rather choose this 4.5* in the River North area for less than any of the Gold Coast options. Highly rated hotel (listing is 9+/10 customer rating). If the Palomar, subway station is  right there, easy walk to Michigan Ave and tons of restaurants nearby. The potential Palomar would be a far better location than the potential W Lakeshore showing in the Gold Coast zone and for a nearly $35 less per night.

In terms of the Gold Coast listings:

4.5* Magnificent Mile -Gold Coast for $184
Pets Allowed
Business Center
Restaurant
Free Internet
Indoor or Outdoor Pool
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

>>>Likely W Lakeshore

4* Magnificent Mile -Gold Coast for $246
Pets Allowed
Business Center
Restaurant
Free Internet
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

>>> Not certain; possibly the Public, with a slight chance of the Raffaello.

3.5* Magnificent Mile -Gold Coast for $160
Pets Allowed
Business Center
Restaurant
Free Internet
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

>>>Guess would be the Indigo
