AaronJ
Looking to name my own price on a 4* - 4.5* in the Time Square - Theater District October 23, 2016 - October 26, 2016. What would be the best bid for a 4* and 4.5* and what hotel can I expect to get? Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! If the Times Square is the only zone you're willing to accept, i believe you're likely looking in the $225-$250 for a 4* hotel... a 4.5* will run you closer to $275/nite. There is no way to know which hotel will accept your bid when bidding, if you're trying to have a guess as to what you may receive prior to making your purchase, then PRICELINE EXPRESS and/or HOTWIRE are better (although slightly more expensive) options as you can use the amenities shown to guess as to which hotel it is that you may receive. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Based upon the above let us know your thoughts and how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there. If you'd like to move forward by bidding let us know your maximum bid amount and if you'd like to first try for a 4.5* (and then if rejected try for a 4*) or if the goal is the least expensive 4* or better for this trip... we can then suggest a bidding strategy for you to follow.
