With so few amenities (and so many hotels in this area) i'm not certain of the offer above, but a guess would be the Residenza Montecitorio.

 

However, why this property??  For $2 more per nite why not the 4* that has the same amenities (Free Internet, Airport shuttle, Internet access)... i don't have a guess for this property, but generally speaking an extra $2 is worth the full jump in star rating.

What are your needs for this stay and your maximum budget? (per nite before fees/taxes)

I don't think I saw the 4 star with just $2 differences. However, the prices changed again. Will do a follow up after I decided which one to book.
