Priceline Hotel: 5* Empire State Building

I'm looking at bidding for a hotel in the empire state building area for 9/2/16-9/5/16, we will be 2 adults and a baby. I see that the 5* in this area is most likely the New York Edition. The PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals has it for $211 but I was wondering if I could beat that by bidding and what number I should start with?

If you're seeing this 5* Empire State Building hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) with:

Pets Allowed

Business Center

Restaurant

Free Internet

Fitness Center

No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

==> this amenity set has previously been see to be associated with The New York Edition and would be my best guess for this one

 

If you want to try bidding on PRICELINE for a lower price, you may not get the same hotel that is currently offered thru PRICELINE EXPRESS (and given the 9+ user review rating of the offer above, the hotel you win by bidding may not be as well reviewed)... are you willing to take the risk of a different property than the one guessed above?
