I went back to check and although I assumed it was the same listing, I was doing much of my research on my phone and perhaps confused two different listings.  Now that I am at my desktop, here are the hotels I am considering.  Thank you for your help and patience.

My guess for the 3.5* above would be the Radisson Lake Buena Vista.

 

For the 3* property, the Grande Villas Resort, downgraded from the 3.5* level since the last time it was reported to the board, would be my guess for this one. (although i'm a little less confidence about this one than the one above)
