However, although my hotwire voucher says that everything is confirmed, I contacted the hotel today and they reported that have not located the reservation. What should I do to ensure that I will not have problem with this booking? It is impossible to me to call to hotwire helpdesk, and they do not have an email for questions. Link to comment

Can you confirm the full list of amenities that were showing with this listing before purchase? This information is available under the trip information in your HOTWIRE account. There is any chance that Hotwire willl not honour this reservation? Link to comment

I do think this was a mistake on HOTWIRE with this and a couple of other NYC properties that were showing at insanely good prices yesterday for dates throughout the Summer. renatop Posted May 5, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 5, 2016 Returning to inform that I received a call today from hotwire, stating that there was a problem with my reservation and they could offer another alternative, maintaining the same value. I agreed, as long it was a hotel of the same class and in a nearby region. So They gave me two options on Central Park South . Finally I managed a reservation at The Quin, which remains a great alternative to 1 Hotel Central Park. Link to comment

This was likely an error and the fact that they didn't cancel the reservation altogether is an awesome result. The Quin looks gorgeous and location is fairly similar.
