I'm not currently seeing the first property on a current PRICELINE EXPRESS search... are you still seeing this one on your own search? (the 4* i'm seeing this zone, with different amenities than those above, looks to be the Hilton Waikiki Beach, should this one be of interest we can provide further details)

 

For the second property the Hilton Hawaiian Village can't be ruled out, but my guess for this one would be the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort.

Although amenities can, and do, change at any time, the more likely scenario is that this PRICELINE EXPRESS offer at $261 is a different hotel entirely then the one you original saw.

 

Yes, THIS ONE (confirm your dates on the landing page) at $261/nite with Business, Indoor or Outdoor Pool, and Fitness is the one i'm guessing to be the Hilton Waikiki Beach.

I also see in Hotwire at $248 for a 4* property with the following amenities.

I guess this is Outrigger reef on the beach, the one you guessed for my second item in the original list. Essentially, I need to pick between Hilton & Outrigger.. Thanks for the help!

The Outrigger is on the list with different amenities. Unfortunately, this particular listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board - it may be the Outrigger with a new amenity set or something else not yet reported to the board. It does show a 4.5/5 tripadvisor rating, so in any case, the hotel does get very good reviews.
