drbeanz
So I come up a sudden plan to see super-bloom in Death Valley, and then spend a night in Vegas. Since it is quite last-minute and a short trip, I decide to skip those casino hotels. Initially I plan to book Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel via PL the usual way, $129 (no resort fee) while only a few rooms left. When checking the PRICELINE EXPRESS deals, there was 4 star NV - Las Vegas (Convention Center) at $78. Interestingly, it did not specify any guest review rating and hotel amenities. It was totally blank! After researching hotels around the convention center, only a few hotels could possibly be close to the 4* level. E.g. Courtyard By Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center (3*) and Residence Inn By Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center (3*). Thus I'm very sure it should be Renaissance. I think my gamble paid off and got this nice hotel at a bargain. Room price:$78.00/night Number of rooms:1 room Number of nights:1 night Room subtotal:$78.00 Taxes & fees:$16.37 Total charged today:$94.37 Link to comment
