Priceline Hotel: Looking for a 3* and up in Clearwater beach to St. Pete beach 2/12 - 2/15

Ive been using this site for bidding tips for a while but never posted.
Looking for a hotel, 3* and up in the clearwater beach fl, and would accept treasure island, st. pete beach or Indian.
Dates are 2/12 to 2/15
Following advice from this post :

I bid 55, 60 and $65 and was rejected.
Tips? My goal is under $120

It would be appreciated if you started to share your wins with the board so that others can benefit from the information, just as you have benefited from those who have posted before you.

 

Your dates are different than the thread you referenced above so the amount of that winning bid (which is for mid-week dates) may have little to do with what is needed for your own dates (which are weekend... and a holiday weekend)

 

HOTWIRE has what appears to be the Treasure Bay Hotel and Marina for $138/nite... any interest in this property? (if not, i think you may be looking at the $140-$160 when bidding on PRICELINE)
