I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for the 3.5 star hotel in this zone when searching for your dates:

Boutique, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Pet Friendly

 

Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board and i don't have any insight to this one.

Separately, i am seeing what appears to be the Best Western Plus Montreal Downtown-Hotel Europa for $80/nite or this 4* Montreal Downtown hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $88/nite with Pets Allowed, Restaurant, Free Internet, Fitness Center... for this i'm guessing the Hotel 10 Montreal.

 

Would either of these work for your needs this trip?

The one I was looking at would be $64 USD.  FULL AMENITIES: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Fitness center, Business center, Internet access

 

I think the Hotel 10 is in a different area as the HOTWIRE deal is listed as West Montreal.  The Best Western doesn't have complimentary breakfast so I don't think it will be that one either.

As per above, i didn't have a guess for this property... if you re-read my reply (or the quote below) i did not guess that the one offered was the Hotel 10 nor did i guess that this was the Best Western, i don't have a guess for this one.

While research i different hotels... one that was $80 which i believed to be the Best Western... and the one linked above which i had guessed was the Hotel 10.  I chose these as they are nearby the HOTWIRE zone of the hotel you asked about above and near the same price point.

 

Do either of these work for your needs?  If not, what are your requirements and budget for this stay?
