Hotwire Hotel: 3* San Jose (Palo Alto - Menlo Park) Creekside Inn

good afternoon.  I am trying to book a room for my wife and daughter in the Stanford / Palo Alto area as she is attending summer swim camp.  I would prefer to use PRICELINE and save additional money.  Would you be able to answer a 2 part question? 

 

Dates would be checkin Sunday 6-12 and checkout Thursday 6-16

 

1) Is $150-175 for a 3* or above possible in Palo Alto / Menlo park? Would you be able to design a strategy as it looks like most of the zones already have those star levels so don't think you can rebid much with additional zones.

2) HOTWIRE has a 3.5* with 80% rating for $200.  Searched same dates with 1 adult, 1 child.  Are you able to give a best guess as to what hotel this is?  My guess is Sheraton but will defer to the experts.

with the same search 1 adult, 1 child June 12-June 16 in Palo Alto it returned the following for the 3.5* at $200

I'm not certain, but the Creekside Inn would be my best guess for this one.
