The Comfort Inn Victoria has previously been seen with this amenity set so that would be my best guess for this one, but i will note it's difficult to have too much confidence in any guess given how few amenities are shown for this property (and the amenities shown are offered at most hotels of this star level in the zone)

Not sure of your needs or budget for this stay, but i'm also seeing this 3* Westminster - House of Parliament hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $119/nite with no amenities associated with this... my guess here would be the Airways Hotel Victoria, should this be of any interest.

I'm also seeing this 4 star hotel (again, confirm your dates on the landing page) for not much more at $150/nite with Restaurant, Business Center, Fitness Center... my guess here would be the Park Plaza Riverbank London.

Do keep in mind that star ratings in Europe are a bit more generous than their US counterparts... so a 3* are in London may be more like a 2*/2.5* in the US. (which is fine if that meets your needs, but i mention in case you're not aware of the difference in assigning star ratings in each location)

This property has has not yet been reported to the board, but my guess for this one would be the Go Native London Bridge (previously the Think Apartments London Bridge)... i'm doubtful that it is the Club Quarters St Pauls.
