After checking out the Express Deal which had a 4* hotel in the Opera - Saint-Lazare Station zone for $87, I decided to try to bid for the hotel for a even lower price.  First started with 4* in Opera - Saint Lazare for $70 rejected. Added Louver-Vandome-Concorde for $77, and was offered an instant deal for $87. So I bumped up the bid to $70 and added Gare du Nord - Canal St-Martin, which I won the bid for the Best Western Premier Opera Faubourg.

The hotel looks nice, and I have never stayed in Paris this cheaply before (considering the terrorist attack just two weeks ago, that's obviously understandable.)
