Priceline Hotel: Help Identify Priceline Express 4* NYC $120

Hello all... I have never used Priceline Express before, so need a little guidance. 

 

I am looking at 10-15 to 10-18 just about anywhere in Manhattan, and this came up... 4 stars in the Downtown - Financial District Area for $120 a night.   Seems like a good deal.   The only amenities it lists are fitness center and business center.   Looking at the Priceline Express wins, could I probably assume that this is the Doubletree?

 

Also, do you guys think it would be a bad idea to stay in the Financial District over the weekend (perhaps everything nearby would be closed and that's why the price is so low for a 4 star hotel?).

Are you still seeing this listing when searching? I'm not seeing a 4* in this zone with these amenities when searching on Price.line for these dates.

 

The Financial District is often cheaper than the Midtown area - it's certainly less convenient from a tourist standpoint so if you are going to be spending much of your time in midtown
