AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. :)The problem with this stay is NYE. You have a couple of nights before that are somewhat less expensive and a couple of nights after (1/1-3) that are definitely cheaper, but NYE is one of the busiest and most expensive nights of the year in NYC especially if you want to be near TS. For all nights together, per room you're probably looking at $1200-1400 + taxes/fees. Let us know your thoughts and we would be happy to offer suggestions on how to proceed. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Link to comment
krishna18388
Ah ok! yes I thought that NYE would be an issue. the $1200 price point maybe manageable. How do I go about making a bid? Are there other areas of manhattan that might make the $900 price point? We will be getting a metro pass so as long as its close to a metro station, we should be ok. Link to comment
thereuare
Budget - $450 per person so $900 per roomthe $1200 price point maybe manageable. Going forward please list your budget on a per nite basis before taxes/fees as this helps keep prices on the board consistent, saves us the trouble of re-reading the thread to determine how many rooms/nites/people are in your group, and also avoids any confusion since your bidding will be on a per nite basis. While i think $200/nite (before fees/taxes) at current prices, we can certainly give it a try... please confirm which zone(s) you're willing to accept (by PRICELINE name) and we will suggest a strategy for you to follow) Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
