I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOT.WIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

Below are the full amenities.There are only a few pet friendly hotels in this area. What throws me on this one is the amenity restaurant.

I don't have a precise guess for this one... going out on a limb i think it may be La Quinta Inn and Suites Ft Myers Beach Sanibel Gateway incorrectly showing a Restaurant amenity (as i don't think they have one). HOWEVER, if you are interested in this property i believe this hotel is also the 2.5* San Carlos Bay - Gateway to the Islands hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) offered for $61/nite with Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Pets Allowed, Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Free Parking, Fitness Center.
