I'm sorry to say that a 2.5* property with this amenity combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But a guess would be Comfort Suites Mission Valley

Best guess would be Best Western Seven Seas.

Yellowdog was right on, it was the Seven Seas Best Western.  We chose to stay there, rooms were small but close to everything.
