Hotwire Hotel: Tokyo 5 star hotwire secret hotel

I am planning a visit to Tokyo and Hot.wire secret hotel gives me two results for a five star in Minato. In the first one the original price is 589 usd and discounted is 308. The second one the original price is 509 and discounted is 310 and it says it is a boutique hotel. 

 

Does anyone knows which hotels are we talking about?

And this is the third option, but this is in Chiyoda-Chuo. Five star rated at 248 nightly

I can only get the 5* $308 to appear when I replicate your search.

Best guess would be Grand Hyatt Tokyo.

 

5* Chiyoda-Chuo.

Best guess would be The Capitol Hotel Tokyu
