Hotwire Hotel: California Trip 7/23 - 7/26

I am going to California with my 7 year old son next week. We're visiting DisneyLand, Universal Studios, Hollywood and we want to hang out on the beach. I always use Priceline, but I've never used Hotwire. There is a 4 star boutique hotel for $108/night. Would you have a clue which hotel it is? And would it be within an hour commute to all of the above destinations? Thanks!

I cannot figure this one out either. 

 

And finally, do you think now is the time to buy, or wait until much closer to the time?

I'm not currently seeing this property offered when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... are you still seeing the above on your own search? If so, are you searching HOTWIRE for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?

... and if you'd like help with the original 4* Boutique property please list the zone that hotel is located in as well as the amenities HOTWIRE associates with the offer.

Thanks for your help and advice! I ended up booking a regular rate of the hotel through PRICELINE instead of using the PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals.
