Started at 175$ with Beacon Hill Then 182$ adding Boston Common Then 187$ adding Copley Square Then 192$ adding Downtown - Harbor Front Then 197$ adding a free rebid zone (took the first one, Brookine) and got my fantastic win. 45% discount according to all sites I checked.
