Priceline Hotel: 4*+ hotel in Union Sq East or Financial District

Hi, could you assist me with booking a 4* or higher hotel in Union Sq East or Financial District and maybe which hotel would be the possibility? Max to spend is $275/night. Hoping for around $200/night, though. July 24-26.  Thank you!

If you bid on PRICELINE, you have to be willing to accept ANY hotel at the star rating chosen within the zone/s picked. You can see the hotels reported to the board here: Priceline Hotel List California.

 

As noted at the top of that list, that is only the hotels that have been reported to the board, there may be others not yet reported. HOTWIRE would be a better choice if you want a better sense of what may be showing, given that one can make an educated guess as to which hotels are showing based on the information given on that site.

Thank you for your response. Both PRICELINE and HOTWIRE are fine, so I'm willing to go either route. Currently on Hotwire site I see a Hotwire 4.5* for $242/night in USE. On your site's bidding helper I see a 4.5* through Hotwire for $251.

For the 4.5* USE property we need to know the amenities that are associated with the offer. For future searches/bookings you can do the following to ensure you're seeing the complete list:

1) use the EASY VIEW tab of our BiddingHelper.com and click the green 'See All Amenities' button

OR

2) search HOTWIRE (or use the HOTWIRE tab at BiddingHelper.com) and...

• click the offer
• on the next page click the BOOK NOW link
• in the TRIP SUMMARY box click the 'See more' link at the end of the amenities

Using the method(s) above this is what i'm seeing for the 4.5* property:

Restaurant

Blind Accessible

Room Accessible

Bathroom Accessible

... if this is what you're seeing, my best guess for this one would be the Taj Campton Place.

I'm also seeing on PRICELINE EXPRESS what i'm guessing to be The Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square for $248/nite, should this be of any interest.

Are either of the above of interest OR do you prefer to try bidding on PRICELINE? (and if bidding, what star rating and maximum bid would you like to use)

Thank you. I see a 4* in USE for $247... Not sure what it might be though- thoughts? Do you think bidding would be a good idea?. I Do not want to book westin with Priceline but thank you. If bidding I don't want to go above $250 for 4*.

If you do not want to book the Westin then I would not bid (at least in that zone), as it would be a possibility. If you would like help trying to ID a particular HOTWIRE listing, please provide the full list of amenities showing, as well as the zone/star rating/price and we would be happy to take a look and try to ID the above listing.

What about the property guessed to be the Taj Campton Place... any interest in this hotel?
