This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but a guess would be the Residence Inn River North. Even if something else, I'm seeing a 4.5/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page so this property does get great reviews.

 

I'll also note that I see what appears to be the Public Hotel for $109 - not as central a location, but convenient to transit and cheaper (plenty of breakfast options nearby.) Would this be of interest? I'm also seeing a few 4.5* options around the same price as this listing.

I've booked another hotel already and it doesn't seem to be a good deal to me if it is embassy suites.

I think residence inn would be great too.

Yes , it is the same one. but this is 3.5* where as Residence inn is shown as 3* hotel..  so not sure..pls let me know if you have further guesses :) i am travelling with two kids and need more space in the room

That side of HOTWIRE is powered by Expe.dia so star ratings very well may be different between the two services. The Springhill Suites in the same building as the Residence would be another possibility, although I'd be a little surprised.

This HOTWIRE offer has a 4.5/5.0 TA rating, where as the current TA rating of the Embassy Suites (not sure which you're referring to, but both the Downtown and Downtown Lakefront properties) have a current TA rating of 4.0, which should exclude these two from the possibilities.

I finally went ahead with just hte first day and it turned out to be Hyatt Place, Mag mile.. Thanks for all your help
