Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Vancouver (Vancouver Downtown Shopping and Entertainment District) Century Plaza Hotel and Spa

Hi there. Just a question about the hotel and the deal. I purchased pretty much knowing that I was getting the Century Plaza Hotel & Spa(had read the amenities and done some research). I bought the room for 61% off for 2 nights in July. Quite happy with the deal!

What I was wondering though is what room will be offered on selection. Before purchasing, I checked the hotel website and saw the different rooms available and prices. The price listed before discount was on par for one of their better rooms, either their the One Bedroom Queen Suite or Executive King Suite. Will, or should, I be offered a room similar to this or am I most likely to get their Studio Suite which isn't too bad itself. I ask because the rate for that room on the same dates was not nearly as high as what Hotwire published. The deal was $355 with 61% off.

I'm not too worried as I'm pleased with the deal and hotel I got. Just wondering if I'll be getting a room equivalent for the price being advertised.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply.

The room was listed at $355+/night before the 61% discount. I got the room for $134(+taxes) per night. The dates are for July 15-17th.

Amenities for this hotel include Free Internet, Pet friendly, Suite, Boutique hotel, Indoor pool(s), Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Self-service laundry, Internet access, Kitchenette, Spa services, In-room accessibility, Wheelchair accessible, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower.

Right now, a one bed king suite is going for $279+ for Friday, July 18th.

I know that I got a good price but with a 61% being advertised, I hope I get something more that a studio suite when I see the current rate for the king suite.

Thanks.

Thank you for sharing the details of your win with the board.

Note that the crossed out rate is an average price of hotels of this star rating in the zone for your dates, NOT necessarily the rate of the hotel currently being offered, so it doesn't have any relation to the type of room that you will receive.
