Looking at this property for two rooms, two people per room for 7/17 - 19/2015 on Hotwire.  Rate is $96 for a 3.5* and amenities are:

FULL AMENITIES: Free breakfast, Airport shuttle, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry

Any idea what this might be?

This HOTWIRE offer has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. A new amenity set for the Hilton Garden Inn would be a guess, but that's just a guess and this may be something else. Still, this mystery property does at least get excellent reviews on specific categories and an overall review % from HOTWIRE customers so it doesn't seem like much of a risk.
