I checked again today, I was going to choose option 3, Battery Wharf Hotel Boston Waterfront, but the price has increased to 170.

I searched again, found a 5 star in downtown with the following amenities, booked it for $164 plus tax. The hotel is Intercontinental Boston. It seems like a good hotel.
