Priceline Hotel: 5* Wailea Beach 9/2 - 9/5, What hotel?

So I successfully bid for a Kaanapali beach hotel using this site for 8/27 - 9/2, (Westin). Thanks Better Bidding!

 

I have been bidding on PRICELINE now for the last week. up to 420$ and no bite!!!

 

1st question.... What do you think this hotel is?

 

They do not list amenities on priceline, just 4 very general amenities.

 

I think is strange that the express deal is $428 and my rejected bid was $420? Could these be different hotels? I cant imagine bidding higher for a 5* than the express deal.

 

 

Do you have any idea what the 5* on priceline is? I read somewhere than Grand Wailea, Andaz and Fairmont Kea are 4* to 4.5* on that site.

Sometimes will it take just a Dollar or two from the PRICELINE EXPRESS price.

 

The 5* I see on PRICELINE EXPRESS $428 W/Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Pets Allowed, Business Center, Fitness Center

 

Best guess would be Four Seasons

 

I can't say if you'll get the same hotel when bidding.
