Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 2* in Mag Mile North-Water Tower area

Trying to help my 66 y.o. sister find a low priced hotel option for July 10-14 - in a great/safe area of Chicago - first trip in many years.

 

Please help us ID the only 2 star hotel I found on Hotwire for $145 - here are the amenities:

 

Free internet

Pet friendly

Smoke free rooms

Business Center

 

--Numerous accessibility options listed:  pathway, parking, bathroom and room

After providing a follow-up for your other threads, please provide a little more information regarding this stay - what would be the desired budget per night? You're looking at $140 or so for a 2* that gets mixed reviews (3/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page) - I do see some options for not tons more ($10-30 for these dates, when searching for these dates) that I think would provide a significantly nicer experience.
