Welcome to Betterbidding.

In terms of bidding, the Rexall falls in-between two Price.line zones - the Toronto North-Vaughn zone and the Toronto North-North York zone. If you were to bid on either zone you have to be willing to stay anywhere within the zone. PRICELINE EXPRESS and Hot.wire allow you to make an educated guess as to what a listing may be on either of those services, but you are limited to the listings showing for your dates.

What would be your desired max  budget per night for this stay?

If you are driving, and have no need to go downtown, etc., I would highly recommend staying in the Toronto North-Vaughan zone.  Toronto traffic is bananas these days and this zone provides much easier and quicker access to the Rexall Centre for the most part (basically up and down Jane Street).  If you will be using public transit, the Toronto North-North York zone is better for TTC access to the York University campus.
