blalagoga
This is going to be my first time trying to book a hotel on PRICELINE. I read some of the posts already but still wondering what the reasonable price for a 4* Chicago (North Michigan Ave - River North) 5/27-5/30 should be around. Would somebody please kindly give me some advise? Thank you! Link to comment

blalagoga
There will be two of us, young adults. We think that 70-150 is our budgets per night. Is that something possible in May? Our friend who visited there before and booked the same area in Feb around 60-70. Link to comment
AaronJB
Feb is a time period in Chicago where the the weather is so bad that anyone in Chicago in Feb is either someone who probably has to come there from somewhere else or someone who lives there and wishes they were somewhere warmer. Hence, the cheaper prices. Unfortunately, I'm seeing sky-high prices for these dates, which appears to be due to a major convention. Given the rates I'm seeing on Hot.wire, I'm guessing a 4* unfortunately will likely be over $300 for these dates in the city. Unfortunately, it looks expensive across the board - 27th-30th are expensive, but looking at just the 28th-30th and 29th-30th separately are worse. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Link to comment
