I initially tried to get the same dates in Downtown Southeast  - Entertainment and Financial Districts.  After several rejected attempts of bidding up to $85-88 I decided to try Downtown Southeast - Union Station and St Lawrence Market.

 

I started bidding at $60 in $2 increments.  At $70 I got the offer to increase my bid to $90, I passed on it and continued bidding at $1 increments.  Won at $79.

 

I'm happy with the win, it's a hotel I'd been looking at.  No free in-room wifi though :(
