For the 2* Embassy Row, if you click on the listing, then click "book now", then "see all amenities", do you see internet in addition to free internet? If so, I'd guess the Windsor.

 

Same with the 2* Arlington listing and internet. If you also see internet with that listing, this listing has not yet been ID'd/reported, but I'd guess it may be a new amenity set for the Inns of Virginia - Falls Church.

Not yet Id'd/reported to the board, but a guess would be Inns of Virginia-Falls Church with a slightly different amenity set than it's been previously seen with.

After checking and checking for good deals in the DC area, I decided to just book the Inns of Virginia Arlington, but not through HOTWIRE.

I am actually keeping tabs on the DC area for good deals leading up to my trip, but as of now I am just going to use this hotel. 

Its only $100 with taxes in to book, so as of now its a better deal to know the hotel, then guess for the same price or more.
