There are 10 zones in Richmond area that don't have any 4* hotels, so plenty of re-bid attempts. Saw this hotel had been purchased for $57-64 recently, so I started at $55. Added $2 through $61, then $1 increments until winning at $64. This is a beautiful hotel, priced like most of the 2.5* and 3* in the area. It's a resort conference center on a golf course, colonial style buildings, very much 4* quality. Link to comment
