For the first one, i have no idea. Can the second one be the Desert rose?

Are you sure you're not looking at the option to purchase insurance? What is the exact wording you're seeing? On the right side of the page, under the final HOTWIRE payment amount, does it say anything about all bookings are final?

Finally booked a hotel.

I new it had to be the Platinum.

Very pleased with it, although it is not very cheap.

It has very good reviews and a plus is that there is no resort fee.

The strange thing is that after my purchase I could' not find the hotel again to copy the amenities. So I now write down what I see on my confirmation.

Free parking, free internet, pet friendly, indoor pools, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, self service laundry, accessible path of travel, indoor room accessibility, accessibel bathroom and parking.

This is a hotel with the new feature of free cancellation. I am glad a made a print screen because on the confirmation I got in the mail there is no word of free cancellation!

This hotel is not yet on your hotel list.

I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post. In addition to the amenities above, can you confirm that there is also a Hi-Speed Internet amenity (in addition to the Free Internet amenity) and a SPA amenity listed? You can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.

The High Speed Internet may not appear in your email confirmation, but it likely will if you use the MY ACCOUNT >> MY TRIPS link on the top right of the HOTWIRE home page.

For future searches/bookings you can do the following to ensure you're seeing the complete list before your purchase:

1) use the EASY VIEW tab of our BiddingHelper.com and click the green 'See All Amenities' button

OR

2) search HOTWIRE (or use the HOTWIRE tab at BiddingHelper.com) and...

• click the offer
• on the next page click the BOOK NOW link
