I see Planet Hollywood rates of $124/nite for your dates.

I would either take the $124/nite rate at Planet Hollywood (or $98 if you see that and it's refundable) OR the Treasure Island for $112/nite... both of these are refundable up until a few days before your arrival (check the terms during the check-out process)... then hope for something better in the next 2 weeks.
