HOTWIRE has a new interface which is not currently showing the complete set of amenities at the usual point of the search process. We are going there for the MayPac fight weekend and just alone for one night already spent over $400 for May 2nd, so if we could get something $200-$250 total for both nights is within our budget. Would rather not book the Trump and looking for the best overall deal. Would rather do a 4* $100 or less, but I'm okay with spending a little more on a 4* if better location and hotel. When it comes to the 5*, if it is a great steal for the price, I don't mind that either when it comes to the Wynn/Encore, Venetian, Palazzo, etc.. We have stayed at MGM Grand, Caesar's Palace, Palazzo, Aria, The Signature, and VDara before and we loved, loved, loved the Palazzo. HTH! & Thanks again in advance! Link to comment

With your budget in the $200-$250 total for both nites, please don't ask about hotels that you're not seriously considering for purchase (are you really going to spend $300+ per nite when your budget is more in the $100-$125/nite range??). TandR Posted March 28, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 28, 2015 I ended up doing a NYOP on Priceline for a 5* on the North Strip for $145.00 and ended up getting the Trump. I spoke to customer service because on the Trump's website their lowest rate with the same itinerary was $139.00. So I was able to get a 100% difference refund plus an additional 20%. Though I didn't really want the Trump in the first place, I am happy that I got it for around $96/night after my refund they gave me for a nice size room in a decent location. Cheaper than the initial $140/night I found, so they refunded me 100% plus an additional 20% of $112.16. So I was able to get the room for cheaper! Link to comment
