I'm sorry to say that a 3* property with this amenity combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

 

But a guess would be Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport.

 

And I would like to add that with 4/5 TA rating and 90% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests wouldn't I be worried to book this property.

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above? Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for the x star hotel in this zone when searching for your dates (and currently priced at $46/nite):

I'm not seeing the 3* hotel above in this zone... what is the room rate per nite for this one that you're seeing?

I clicked on the link you provided above for bidding helper tool and put in Toronto for 1 night Sept 4th.  I then clicked on Hotwire easy view tab and selected Toronto airport east area only and get five choices.  The one I am looking at is a 3 star with the amentities I listed above after copying and pasting (after clicking on Full Amentities)  for $46/night.  When I click on the rate I get a "we're sorry your request didn't go through" message and click find hotel and get hotwire page which I once again select only Toronto East Airport and once again get five hotels but the rate for the same 3 star is now 57/night.

Four Points was what we got.  Not sure why we were seeing different amentities, but Thanks for the help
