The "self-service laundry" is throwing me a bit.  Fairmont Waterfront looks like a potential match, and tripadvisor says that hotel has a self serve laundry, but I'm not sure it does.  Anyway, 95 percent favorable rating and 4.5 on tripadvisor.

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess that the Hyatt may have been upgraded to 4.5*.

Ahh, that make a lot of sense.  I don't want to stay at the Hyatt at this price, so I'll go back to the drawing board.
