It looks like the Extended Stay America in Pleasant Hill on Buskirk, but that is listed as 2.5*.

.. if this is what you're seeing, the Best Western Plus Heritage Inn would be my best guess for this one. (NOTE: it's possible that the Extended Stay on Buskirk has been downgraded, but afaik that property doesn't have a Pool, which would eliminate it from the possibilities for this one)

I won Hilton Concord, one of my favorite properties in the area.  I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years.

 

They now charge $15/night parking fee, so I will be skipping the car rental.  They do have a complimentary shuttle from BART Concord that I may be able to take advantage of if I get back in time.  The shuttle ends at 11 p.m. and is based on availability.

 

I am happy with the win.  The cheapest advanced purchase rate is $140/night for this time period and this trip would have cost me $793.03 with taxes!
