For the Vallejo hotel my guess would be the Best Western Inn and Suites at Discovery Kingdom.

For the Modesto listing I'd guess this may be the Clarion downgraded from a previously reported 3* level, but I'd be very concerned with a 2.5/5 tripadvisor rating. .
