Difficult to say for certain with only two (common) amenities showing, but the Wellington Hotel has previously been seen with this amenity set so that would be my best guess for this one.

The Hilton Garden Inn New York/Central Park South-Midtown West has not yet been reported to the board, but and although it's very close to the zone border, looks like it would be in the MTW zone... so i'm doubtful that this would be the HGI.

I'm looking for a hotel just to sleep and that the room is not so small. I intend to spend the end with rates about $ 100 or $ 110 per night.

Free cancellation would also be important, if principalemente book more than 20 days in advance.
