hellohihi
Hi everyone,I was hoping that simone can provide some insight into the current situation. I booked a vacation package (no bidding) on Priceline for December and I'm suppose to be staying at the Hyatt. I have not been feeling well at all and even have doctor's papers. Is there anyway to recieve a refund without travel insurance?Thank you! Link to comment
thereuare
Have you tried calling PRICELINE, the hotel, and/or the airline? As there are (rarely) exceptions to their no refund policy, i think this will be very difficult (especially for the airline part of your purchase) since airfare is usually non-refundable (and almost never a deviation from their policy... although depending upon the cost of the tickets you may be able to get a portion back in the form of a future credit on the airline, although there would also likely be a sharp penalty for doing so (potentially as much as or more than the ticket itself) Good luck... and hope you feel better in time so that you are able to travel. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
