Hello,

I am looking for hotels in Chicago - North Mich Ave / River North.

Under express I see the following option available

11/7-11/10

Indoor or Outdoor Pool

Restaurant

Fitness Center

Free Internet

Business Center

$140/night with includes free internet message.

Any way to ID or narrow down?

Thanks!

Welcome to BetterBidding!

Is this PRICELINE EXPRESS property 3.5* rated by PRICELINE?

If so, unfortunately these amenities are very common for 3.5* hotels in this zone and it could be just about anything that PRICELINE rates 3.5* in this area.

Is there something in particular you're looking for from this stay and/or what is your maximum budget per nite?

Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board.

Looking at Hot.wire, I'm seeing a 3.5* in the Mag Mile-RN area w/Restaurant, Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower. $143 (you may see a slightly different price.) This would be a possible match for the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza.

What would be your desired max budget per night for this stay?

Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

The 3.5* River North-NMA PRICELINE EXPRESS hasn't been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza would be a possibility for that, as well. These dates are busy with a couple of moderately sized conventions and shopping - unfortunately, rates are on the high side with 4*'s on Hot.wire and PRICELINE EXPRESS starting at slightly over $150 and higher, with most around $180-200+. You could likely get a hotel for slightly/mildly under $150 via bidding, but it becomes whether you are okay with potentially any 4* in the zone.

Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches.

I'll also add that if you're looking for a hotel in a specific location, you can also try searching our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com which will show you hotels near almost any address in the world, and the interface makes it very easy to see how much more/less it would cost to go up/down in star rating OR to stay closer/further from your ideal location.

Let us know whatever you decide to do for this stay or if we can be of further help with PRICELINE or HOTWIRE.
