Found this 4* hotel in the ESB area on HOTWIRE and struggling to figure out what hotel it is.

This ESB property matches previous reports for the St Giles The Court and the Carlton on Madison Avenue so either of these would be a good possibility, but i believe the former is much more likely than the latter.
