Would love help IDing a boutique hotel in El Segundo/Manhatten Beach. I've looked at the lists, and see the Belamar which is boutique, but the stars don't match up.

3.5* El Segundo - Manhattan Beach

There was a 3-star boutique hotel as well, in the same area:

My best guess for the 3.5* would be the Hyatt Place LAX El Segundo (we have seen a few Hyatt Place properties recently add the 'boutique' designation).

I don't have a guess for the 3* offer.
