sbjmg
I was all set to book my hotels but then noticed when I select 5 room (or anything over 1) that many of the options dissapeared. I need 5 rooms in the same hotel that will be a minimum of a 4*. I do not want to be off the strip which makes me wearry of the 4* at $110 as it it feels like it would be the Westin even though it states "Book soon! The last person got the Paris Las Vegas." It notes that it is pet friendly which the Westin is but so is Paris. Paris' website states a resort charge of $22 but Hotwire states that the mystery hotel charges a $19.95 fee. Westin's website states a 19.95 amenity charge. Essentially I am open to options but I do not want to end up off the strip or too far north (SLS/Trump/Westin). Here is the exact posting for the $102 room at center strip for 1/9/15-1/10/15 It also stated that it was 80% reccomended. AaronJB
Is the listing a 4* or 5* CS? When searching for 5 rooms/10 adults for this date, I'm seeing in Center Strip: (the prices you see may vary slightly) A 4* for $102 (Casino, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Spa, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower, Pet Friendly) This exact amenity set has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess would be a new amenity set for the Westin. A 4* for $110 (Casino, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Free Parking, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower, Pet Friendly) Would be potential matches for either Caesar's or Paris. If you're searching for more than 2 per room, you may see different listings. Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
sbjmg
Sorry it should be a 4*, I would love a 5* and would be willing to pay more but it seems at that date it would double the cost when doing 5 rooms, at 1 room the difference in reasonable. For some reason I am not seeing the $110 option you listed only the $102. I guess I might wait a bit then and see what shakes out. Thanks Link to comment
thereuare
I guess I might wait a bit then and see what shakes out. Is there something in particular that you're looking for in a hotel for this trip? Also, if you're not aware, keep in mind that January 9th is the last day of CES, one of the largest conventions of the year in Las Vegas... some will travel home this day, but many may also stay the additional nite to relax at the end of the show, try to close some deals before heading home, take a day of vacation, etc. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
