I looked at that, and it seemed that way before I asked my question. But I stayed there once and all I could think was... There is no way this place got a 95% recommendation.

This Best Western does also have a 4.0/5.0 TA rating which is pretty good, so perhaps the property has improved since you last stayed here OR had different needs/expectations than other guests.
