imy3
I am interested in bidding for the *3 hotel in North Huntington - Fountain Valley for stay in mid Oct.Wondering what hotel could it be. Only hotel that I can find though search is Ayres. Are there any other *3 hotel that pop in that area?Priceline shows it with 8+ reviews rating and amenties shown are pool, restaurant, fitness center, parking, business center. Also what would a good strategy to rebid so I get the hotel in the North Huntington - Fountain Valley considering all areas have *3 hotels. Thx Link to comment
thereuare
The amenities that show next to a star rating on the bidding side of PRICELINE are amenities that are offered at every hotel in the zone at that star rating... not a specific hotel that you would be bidding on. Therefore, this information can't be used to try to guess which hotel it is that you may receive. When bidding on PRICELINE you need to be willing to accept any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) that you choose. What are the dates of your stay? Are you plans for this trip firm and you're ready to commit to a hotel now? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. imy3
Yes my plan is pretty firm Oct 11-15.It seems in that area only hotel through priceline has been Ayres Fountain Valley. If I have some confidence that I will get Ayres I will be happy with it.The highest level in that area is 3*. Link to comment
thereuare
The Ayres is currently the only 3 star hotel reported to the board in this zone, but as per the message at the top of the Priceline Hotel List, there can certainly be others... the Residence Inn and Courtyard are both in this zone and currently 3 star rated. When bidding on PRICELINE you need to be willing to accept any 3 star hotel in the zone (or higher, when higher rated hotels are also offered in the zone) Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. imy3
Thanks for the advice. I am ok with Residence or Courtyard but do you know if Hotel Huntington Beach is also part of PRICELINE 3* offering in that area? I am not interested in that one. Link to comment
thereuare
Currently the Hotel Huntington Beach is 2 star rating by PRICELINE.
