I don't have a guess for the PRICELINE EXPRESS as there just isn't enough information/amenities to make an educated guess.

For the HOTWIRE offer, the Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort or the Marriott CasaMagna would be my guess for this one. Regardless of what property this one turns out to be, this property does have an excellent 4.5/5.0 TA rating so it should be a pleasant experience.

Which of these two would I get a better chance of getting Westin Lagunamar. 

Is it true that if #2 is Westin, then #1 cannot be Westin.

Isn't the first hotel the same property/amenity set that you previously asked about above?

My guess for the second property (the condo) would be The Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort.
